Robyn Update: Indestructible Video & Gossip Girl

I'm a bit late in posting these, but better late than never. First, Robyn released her video for "Indestructible" last week, which is her newest single from her "Body Talk" album trilogy. Don't pay half attention when watching this...that's what I did, and boy did I miss a lot. At first it seems like the video just spotlights a hot couple having sex inter-cut with beautiful shots of Robyn (who has some weird tubes attached to her body that flow different color liquids). But Robyn and the couple--who actually turn into many different couples--become more intertwined than expected. On second viewing, I really enjoyed this video and I hope you do too. And of course the song is just fantastic:



Also, this past Monday, Robyn appeared on the CW show "Gossip Girl," which is a huge gig for her that no doubt gave her a ton of exposure. She appeared on one scene as herself (no lines though) and then performed the acoustic version of "Hang With Me." The show ended with a steamy scene between two of the characters with "Dancing On My Own" playing in the background.
